Pros of working at PTR Baler and Compactor

Laid back, flexible and convenient. Some people are nice, but you are respected and have more opportunities if you are a certain gender.

Cons of working at PTR Baler and Compactor

Where to begin? Males are taken seriously and promoted more then their counterparts. People with zero management skills are put Into managerial roles with no idea how to treat people or train them. It's like the blind leading the blind. Management has zero interest in progressing their "good" employees. Gatekeeping out of fear that their postions might get taken by coworkers. No accountability or responsibilty among management.
