REVERSE MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE PAID UP TO $40,000 OF PROPERTY TAX, HOMEOWNER'S INSURANCE AND/OR HOMEOWNER OR CONDO ASSOCIATION FEES AND/OR ASSESSMENTS IMPOUNDED. THE PRESERVATION, PROPERTY TAX, AND REVERSE MORTAGE BENEFIT LIMIT IS A COLLECTIVE AMOUNT.
