We are seeking a highly motivated Android Engineer (minimum 3 years of experience) to join our Women's Health team. You will be instrumental in creating features that enable women and individuals with uteri to gain deeper insights into their reproductive health and its connection to their overall well-being. What you will do: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality code for the Oura Android app. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to drive projects forward. Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and platform level improvements Requirements Minimum Qualifications : Minimum 3+ years of professional experience developing and shipping Android apps. Strong experience with Kotlin programming and modern Android architectures (MVVM, MVI, etc.), RxJava/Coroutines/Flow, Jetpack Compose, and common third-party libraries. Experience with collaborative development on complex shared codebases. Proficiency with Git, branching, CI/CD, and standard code review workflows. Strong focus on quality through unit and manual testing. Solid computer science fundamentals and design patterns Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience developing and shipping Android apps. Experience with Dagger, Realm, JNI, C++, PyTorch, TypeScript, or Kotlin Multiplatform. Experience developing women's health or wellness products. Experience working asynchronously across time zones. Your Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in engineering (vehicle technology, mechanical, electrical, computer, or systems engineering) or a comparable technical field. * 5-8 years of professional experience working with ISO 26262 or related safety standards; experience with ADAS or Autonomous Driving systems preferred. * Foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), including the responsible use of AI productivity tools. * Hands-on experience in project management, ideally within the automotive industry. * Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills; structured and results-driven approach to work. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in both client-facing and internal collaboration. * Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and willingness to travel for projects (domestic up to 25%, international as needed). * Additional experience with relevant safety/security standards (e.g., ISO 21434, IEC 61508, ISO 13849, ISO 9001) is a strong plus. * Robust understanding of US and EU certification processes and global regulatory requirements. * Strong client and service orientation, with a high degree of initiative and proactive approach. Our ideal candidate has Project Management experience with PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit and municipal land development projects. This role is fully remote and based in York, Pa and the surrounding areas. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage large land development projects in all aspects of traffic engineering and planning. Work with multi-disciplinary teams on tasks such as traffic impact studies, intersection design, traffic signal design, roadway signing and pavement marking plans, and traffic and signal operations analysis. Obtaining, analyzing, PennDOT's Highway Occupancy Permit Design Criteria/procedure Overseeing the preparation or modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, impact studies, permits, and designs for projects. Serve as a representative at municipal meetings, hearings, and PennDOT staff meetings. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (required) Professional Engineer (PE required) Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and ability to meet multiple deadlines Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Valid Driver's License Knowledge of Pennsylvania Municipal Planning Code Experience with testimony on behalf of land development applicants as it relates to Pennsylvania municipal approvals Don't meet every qualification or skill in the description?     The GE Aerospace Contractor and Distributed Workforce Safety Leader will work with operations teams to implement world class contractor safety and distributed workforce EHS Programs. The successful candidate will partner with GE Aerospace business unit teams to implement new risk reduction strategies and drive continuous improvement to achieve a reduction in the frequency and severity of EHS events. This role shall serve as the GE Aerospace subject matter expert for contractor safety, distributed workforce, and related EHS programs & requirements. **Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities** + Partner with business operations teams to improve and develop GE Aerospace business-specific expectations, tools, resources, & programs for Contractor Safety and Distributed Workforce. + Assist GE Aerospace business units in the deployment of new EHS expectations, tools, resources, & programs. + Own related EHS programs, which may include fall protection, aerial lifts, confined space, hot work, excavation, and line breaking, but may vary based on business needs. + Act as project leader to evaluate the existing contractor prequalification platform and potential transition to a next generation platform.
