As a Retouch/Digital Artist Intern for Hasana, Inc. you will have a variety of responsibilities throughout the semester. Our photographic production team is looking for interns with the ability to to retouch, crop and upload all digitally captured files to our website.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Re touch, crop and upload product photography images
● Name and maintain digital asset file/structure organization
● Retouch digital photographic images
● Crop digital photographic images/maintain file size specification guidelines
● Ensure colour consistency between image assets
● Upload assets to web servers in accordance to calendars
● Strong colour correction skills, matching images from different cameras
● Perform quality assurance on all images
● Responsible for completion of work to daily and weekly deadlines
● Retouching images for the Hasana, Inc. magazine
● Ability to receive creative direction from Art Director and Photography and

Responsibilities
Multicultural Community Outreach
Manage the planning, preparation and execution of the White Sox presence and activation at community events for Latino, African American, AAPI community programs, among other multicultural community programs.
Provide on-site staffing at multicultural community events, as needed.
Cultivate, manage and strengthen key relationships with cultural community partners.
Coordinate the year-round calendar of multicultural events.
Assist in the preparation and execution of partner agreements with community organizations and events.
Provide regular updates on the status of multicultural partnerships and activations as well as event recaps and end-of-year summaries.
Multicultural Media Relations/Public Relations
Proactively pitch and secure earned media coverage related to White Sox multicultural initiatives in the ballpark and in the communities.
Develop culturally focused storylines to elevate across White Sox channels, including earned media, social media and broadcasts.
Support execution of MLB multicultural announcement initiatives through tailored communications, coordinating assets internally, etc.
Assist team with the content needs of Los White Sox digital platforms, including idea generation and content planning.
Identify influencers to develop authentic, culturally relevant content for in-park and neighborhood activations.
Skills
2-3 years of experience in the communications field (public relations, multicultural communications, or digital communications, or related field)
Fluent in Spanish
Demonstrated experience in special event planning, logistical coordination, and on-site event management
Creative, culturally sensitive, and innovative mindset to develop engaging content and programming for diverse audiences

Company: Student Quarters Job Title: Leasing & Marketing Intern Community: Latitude Reports To: General Manager Job Type: Part-time, On-site Compensation: $14-$15/hour
Summary: The ideal candidate is fluent in both Mandarin and English. This internship may count toward educational credit. Responsibilities include assisting with leasing and marketing efforts - generating leads, showing apartments, closing leases, and providing excellent customer service. The intern will also support move-in processes, prepare lease documentation, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws while delivering an exceptional resident experience.
Schedule: 20 Hours per Week, Weekend Availability
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure that both individual and group leasing targets are achieved for the community and proactively communicate both opportunities or threats to the General Manager.
Ensure all lead information is entered, accurate, and complete within Entrata.
Ensure that all rental inquiries online, in person, or over the phone are responded to quickly and effectively.
Ensure all prospects are followed up with via phone within 24 hours.
Meet, greet & provide tours to leasing prospects.
Ensure an in-depth understanding of site leasing trends, traffic patterns, and product availability and how that relates to the sales and closing process.
Ensure all models, office, and clubhouse areas, common areas, and the “tour route” are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance and proactively communicate any problems to the appropriate party.
Properly close the leasing process by asking for the sale.
Participate in marketing and outreach efforts.
Assist with the planning and hosting of resident events.
Effectively manage the community waitlist and communicate with prospects as changes occur.
Ensure the proper execution of all screening procedures.
Ensure the proper preparation and execution of the lease agreement and related move-in paperwork.
Ensure the proper collection of all funds and move-in-related fees.
Provide support and assistance to all customer service efforts at the community.
Write up and file service requests from residents upon receipt.
Translate languages when needed
Completes other tasks as directed and assigned.
Qualifications:
Effective, competitive, natural sales-minded individual.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, and speak, English and fluent in both Mandarin fluently.
Computer literacy is required.
Previous leasing and/or sales experience is strongly preferred. Experience in multifamily housing is preferred.
Previous experience with property management software such as Entrata preferred.
