Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking to hire a Principal PublicRelations Representative to join its team of diverse and qualified individuals. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Communications team with the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) division.
Roles and Responsibilities
Developing and executing strategic media campaigns
Creating, writing and editing communications materials to educate and inform employee and external audiences
Providing crisis communications support and managing high-stakes media moments

Basic Qualifications

Account Leadership

What We're Looking For
Typically 8 - 10 years of experience (or equivalent expertise and education) in publicrelations, with a minimum of 4 - 6 years full-time in an agency setting

Salary Range
We believe all employees should be rewarded competitively and equitably, using practices that are simple and transparent. Final compensation for this role will be determined by a number of factors including the candidate's education, market, and relevant work experience.
The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $180,000.
Work Arrangement

**Summary:**
In this role, you will participate in structured rotations across multiple digital marketing teams, gaining hands-on experience by supporting active, real-world projects. Each rotation will last a couple of weeks, providing the opportunity to learn each team's initiatives, platforms, and strategies while contributing meaningfully to ongoing tasks. Throughout the summer, you will assist in the execution of multiple projects across different areas of digital marketing. Below is an overview of the teams you will rotate through and the types of projects you will support.
**Display Rotation**
+ Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Display and Paid Social campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Display Network, Meta Ads).
+ Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
+ Support creative testing and audience segmentation strategies to improve engagement and ROI.

**Web Production Rotation**

**Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Rotation**
