Key Responsibilities

Translate complex technical concepts and workflows into user-friendly documentation tailored for a variety of audiences.
Organize and manage documentation repositories to ensure version control, accessibility, and ease of navigation.
Audit existing documentation for completeness, clarity, and relevance, and make recommendations for updates or improvements.
Develop templates and standards for content formatting, naming conventions, and structure to ensure consistency across deliverables.
Create visual aids such as flowcharts, diagrams, and screenshots to support process documentation.
Ensure all documentation aligns with Milestone's brand, tone, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Information Systems, or a related field.
1 - 2 years of experience in a Technical Writer or Content Specialist role, preferably in IT services or enterprise software environments.
Demonstrated experience documenting enterprise platforms, ideally ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Miro, Google Suite).
Strong technical writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
Experience with content management systems and documentation tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with process mapping, workflow design, and visual communication tools.

Salary Range
