What We're Looking For Associate or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Concrete Technology, or equivalent experience. Completion of ODOT Certified Technician program or a bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering. 2+ years of related experience in construction inspection. Familiarity with ODOT construction specifications and field experience. Experience with concrete, asphalt, earthwork, and utility construction inspection/testing. Preferred certifications: ACI Grade I, DOT Asphalt Tech, NICET Highway Construction Inspection, ICC Special Inspections, CWI/NDT. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and digital inspection platforms (AASHTOWare, Appia) is a plus.
