Responsibilities include: * packaging bakery products to be sent to Publix stores * operating palletizing equipment to stack containers of product on pallets * moving, dumping and scraping bowls and hoppers and ensuring pans are in place for product to be deposited * placing product on the production line and applying icing and toppings * cleaning equipment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with industrial strength chemicals * accurately completing all paperwork required by the position and * other duties as assigned.
