About Work Zone Traffic Control
Work Zone Traffic Control is part of the Helix Traffic Solutions network and delivers expert traffic management services across Colorado and New Mexico. With a strong focus on safety and efficiency, Work Zone partners with CDOT to design well-managed traffic plans, oversee lane closures, flagging operations, custom signage, and equipment rentals for construction zones-all in service of protecting both workers and the traveling public.
Vice President Operations
Work Zone Traffic Control currently has a Vice President of Operations position available. To qualify you must have previously been a Branch Manager and/or possess managerial experience in Traffic Control and Permanent Sign Installation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee and lead branch managers in operations of Work Zone Traffic Control.
Build client relationships and develop strategies related to company policies and procedures.
Coordinate labor and equipment logistics between branches
Serve as a hands-on role in every aspect of construction management including completing projects by completion dates.
Ensure quality compliance
Facilitating discussions and problem solving at a branch and corporate level
Bidding projects
Meet and work closely with other executives
Analyze reports and financial statements

Job Summary:
•The Clinical Application Coordinator is responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of the electronic health record (EHR) system and other PCHC applications. This role serves as a liaison between PCHC staff, IT, and Application vendors to ensure optimal system performance and alignment with PCHC workflows. The Coordinator will participate in system upgrades, testing, training, and troubleshooting, and will play a key role in enhancing the quality of care through technology

Education/Experience/License/Certification:
Bachelor's degree in Health or Information Technology related field or a Clinical license/certification; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting EHR systems (e.g., Epic, NextGen, eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth) in a healthcare setting. Will consider other experience demonstrating knowledge of clinic workflows, a high level of technical aptitude, problem-solving ability and/or customer service focus.
Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or community health environment preferred.
Familiarity with HIPAA, HITECH, and other healthcare compliance standards.
Proof of current Flu Immunization is required, during the Flu season November 1 - February 28.
Required Travel:
Occasional travel is required including day-to-day local travel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for EHR application support and enhancements.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to gather requirements and implement system changes.
Configure and maintain EHR templates, forms, workflows, and user roles.
Participate in system upgrades, testing, and validation processes.
Provide training and support to end users, including new hire onboarding and ongoing education.
Monitor system performance and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
Assist with data extraction and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support population health management efforts.

This position is projected to start 03/02/2026 and requires 5 weeks of mandatory paid training at our Headquarters in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This is an in-office position based out of Ent Credit Union Headquarters in Colorado Springs. This is not a fully remote eligible position.
Required availability for this position is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm (shift will vary within these hours) and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Essential Functions
Member Service Representative Call Center II:
Member Sales & Service: In order to build and retain member relationships, the representative must answer incoming calls from members, accurately answer inquiries and troubleshoot problems. Members must be verified using the processes and procedures in place, minimizing fraudulent activity. Representative possesses the skill to identify and escalate priority issues. A higher skillset is required to perform certificate maintenance and handle all online banking inquiries. MSR II is expected to resolve member concerns properly and provide solutions to avoid escalations in all areas of member service. The representatives must have extensive knowledge of all products and services by actively listening and determining the product that best fit the member's needs. Products and services include but are not limited to: investment services, online banking and credit cards. In the area of credit cards, the representative will obtain the skillset to submit both consumer and business credit card applications.
Knowledge: Maintains knowledge and remains current in the position by taking a proactive approach with participating in on-going training, side by sides, quality control sessions, online BVS courses, and utilizing Outlook and Element on a daily basis resulting in the delivery of world class service to our members.

Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.

Position Summary:
The BSW or MSW Intern will support adults involved in the legal system by providing short-term case management, resource navigation, and emotional support. Working under a credentialed supervisor, the intern will help assess client needs, connect them with community services, and collaborate with legal teams to ensure comprehensive support. This role involves managing a small caseload, engaging clients in various settings, and building relationships with community partners. Other activities may include building community connections, assisting in developing and/or presenting trainings, program development, and evaluation.
Essential Duties:
Conduct interviews and relationship building with adult clients to assess legal, social, medical, psychological, and other needs to support their navigation of the legal system
Provide short-term advocacy and support, including referrals to community resources such as therapy, medical care, housing, public benefits, and social services
Collaborate with legal teams to identify client needs and coordinate tasks to support case resolution and resource connection
Meet clients in their homes, in the community or in court, as needed, to offer support and facilitate access to services
Manage an active caseload of 2 - 5 clients
Engage with community organizations to build partnerships and stay informed about available services
Required Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a CSWE-accredited BSW or MSW program (foundation or concentration level)
Basic understanding of social work ethics and principles (especially NASW Code of Ethics)
Strong communication skills - verbal and written
Ability to engage diverse populations with cultural humility
Comfortable conducting one-on-one meetings including home visits
Empathy, active listening, and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Willingness to learn from supervision and feedback
