Evaluate patients for the need for a higher level of care, including hospitalization
Provide patient education, specifically around issues related to medications and treatment adherence, and aftercare service
Work closely with Supervising physician to ensure improved patient outcomes and high-quality care
Education and Experience
Minimum of two (2) years' experience.
Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited educational institution is required;
Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (PMHNP) certification is required;
Current license in the State of Washington
Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Department of Public Safety (DPS) registration for prescription writing

Accurately and thoroughly document patients' care observations, interventions and evaluation on the day services are rendered. Troubleshooting: Resolve discrepancies and errors related to work order data, routing, or material consumption in NetSuite, collaborating with Production and Inventory Control teams as needed.
Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routing steps within NetSuite, notifying Engineering or Planning of necessary updates.
II. Process Documentation & Control (VKS)
Instruction Creation & Updating: Create, revise, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) for all assembly, testing, and related production processes using the VKS (Visual Knowledge Share) platform.
Version Control: Maintain strict version control for all documentation in VKS, ensuring that only the most current, approved instructions are available to the manufacturing floor.
Collaboration & Accuracy: Work closely with Production personnel, Engineers, and the Quality department (QA) to gather feedback, validate process changes, and translate complex technical steps into clear, visual, and easy-to-follow digital instructions.
System Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for the VKS system, managing user access, training employees on its use, and leveraging its features (e.g., smart forms, checklists) to improve compliance and data capture.
III. Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Auditing: Perform regular internal audits of active work orders and shop floor documentation to ensure adherence to company procedures and regulatory standards.

The Centralized Scheduler acts as a care liaison, equipped with the ability to view multiple provider schedules at multiple locations for appointment openings. By coordinating and accurately scheduling patient appointments based upon scheduling policies and protocols, availability of providers and the urgency of the appointment directed by the patient's needs, the Centralized Scheduler helps to ensure an improved patient experience and access to care. This includes entering the appropriate reason for visit and corresponding appointment type, demographics, and insurance information into the hospital information system to facilitate patient care and billing procedures.
Education and Training:
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
Must be well orientated with customer service and appointment scheduling. Medical knowledge is preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to function independently. Strong problem solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and with written word. Must be able to work under time pressure while interacting in a helpful, courteous manner.
