About the Role
The Demand Planner supports the end-to-end planning process across demand, supply, and inventory to ensure products are produced and available to meet business needs efficiently. They develop and maintain channel-level demand and supply plans, lead day-to-day S&OP coordination, and ensure alignment between sales forecasts, production schedules, and inventory targets. The Demand Planner is a cross-functional collaborator that works with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing (Operations), and Supply Chain to translate commercial forecasts into executable operational plans.
Key Responsibilities
Demand & Supply Planning
Develop and manage channel-level demand and supply plans for Retail, Wholesale, and Drop Ship.
Align production forecasts with sales inputs, marketing promotions, and inventory goals.
Support new product launches with channel-specific planning, timing, and material readiness.
Monitor actual performance versus plan and adjust forecasts to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
S&OP Coordination & Communication
Lead the S&OP process and ensure forecast, production, and inventory data are accurate and updated.
Communicate plan changes across Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment on volume, timing, and priorities.
Maintain ongoing visibility to demand shifts and operational constraints; escalate issues and recommend adjustments.
Inventory Management & Allocation
Maintain SKU-level visibility across production and 3PL warehouse locations.
Optimize inventory allocation by channel to balance service levels and cost.
Partner with Supply Chain and Purchasing to ensure timely purchasing of ingredients and packaging.
Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Analyze historical sales, trends, and seasonality to improve forecast accuracy and planning reliability.
Track and report key planning metrics, including forecast accuracy and service levels.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance planning efficiency and data accuracy.
Support system and reporting enhancements within ERP or planning tools.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in demand or supply planning, production scheduling, or S&OP coordination within food & beverage, CPG, or manufacturing.
Strong analytical and Excel skills.
Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
Experience managing planning processes across multiple SKUs and channels preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a bias for action.

Essential Functions
Attentively interact with guests throughout their visit with patience, positivity, and effervescence including upon arrival to the shop, while they wait in line, receive their ice cream, and as they check out, ensuring a wholly engaging and memorable experience.
Maintain a strong understanding of Salt & Straw's brand, including its unique production techniques, partnerships with special ingredient suppliers, and seasonal and classic flavor profiles enabling Scoopers to educate guests on what makes each flavor distinctive, share stories behind the ingredients, and provide recommendations that enhance the guest experience.
Scoop the perfect portion for guests in line with shop standards, often working in intervals of 1-2 hours throughout the shift.
Accurately process transactions using the POS system, handle cash, and ensure correct change is provided.
Prepare, label, and store waffle batter; operate the waffle iron to make cones; label and store cones, maintaining a clean, front-of-house waffle station.
Adhere to Salt & Straw's shop, food quality, and safety standards including dishwashing, preparing products according to recipes, cleaning floors and sidewalks, walls, bathrooms, and freezers, maintaining organization, and putting away delivered orders.
Replenish retail products, restock freezers, paper goods, waffle batter, cones, and other supplies.
Consolidate ice cream tubs and replenish stock from the walk-in freezer; temper tubs correctly.
Accurately pack TPD (Third-Party Delivery) orders by following company standards and ensuring all items are correctly portioned, packaged, and labeled to maintain quality and guest satisfaction.
Promptly answer phones, providing excellent service and responding to inquiries about products and services.
Greet guests, facilitate the flow of the line, answer questions, explain the shop experience options, and promote online ordering and pint purchases.
Taste/sample a scoop of ice cream daily (including, when possible, different flavors of ice cream, including flavors that might not be the Team Member's personal preference), to be able to better communicate to customers why they might enjoy each flavor.

Valid food handlers' card (required within 30 days of the start of employment or based on state or local requirement).

Job Summary:
As the Director of Finance, you will provide financial leadership to the business. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the development and implementation of property‑wide strategies that will help us achieve our financial goals. Role Responsibilities
Lead the creation of our industry-leading, graphic-intensive offering memorandums (OMs), serving as the primary marketing support for the Pegasus platform
Design and produce highly polished print and digital materials, including pitch decks, presentations, marketing emails, website assets, and social content
Translate complex real estate transactions, market data, and investment narratives into clear, compelling, and visually sophisticated marketing materials
Write, edit, and proofread copy across marketing deliverables, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with Pegasus' brand voice and positioning
Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and presentation standards
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across email, social, and web channels
Assist with social content planning and quantification
Populate, update, and maintain website content within a CMS environment (WordPress or similar), ensuring consistency, accuracy, and visual refinement
Execute and support email marketing campaigns, including content development, formatting, deployment, and performance tracking
Collaborate closely with internal teams across investment sales, capital markets, leasing and asset management to support firm-wide initiatives and communicate Pegasus' integrated value proposition
Coordinate with third-party vendors such as photographers, designers, videographers, and printers as needed
Uphold and continuously elevate Pegasus' brand standards across all marketing touchpoints
Essential Qualifications
2-5+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably within commercial real estate, finance, professional services, or a related field
Bachelor's degree required
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign and Photoshop
Prior email marketing experience
Demonstrated experience producing complex, design-forward marketing materials, such as OMs or high-end presentations
Experience with project management platforms (Notion, Airtable, Asana)
Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress strongly preferred)

Job Overview
The Area Director of Revenue Management is responsible for the maximization of revenue, profit, and market share associated with rooms and function space for multiple hotels. Demonstrates excellent leadership skills by educating others and ensures understanding and gains buy-in of the revenue management processes associated with demand, revenue, forecasting, opportunity analysis, and inventory management. Works with hotel leaders to recommend and identify future markets, hotel opportunities, guide hotels sales strategy and pricing for transient, group, and catering.
Responsibilities
Maximizes revenue, profit, and market share associated with rooms and function space of assigned hotels.
Partners with GMs' and Sales Leaders' to ensure a strategic mix of business and pricing strategies are set based on market conditions to achieve sell out efficiency, targeted marketing, maximized revenue, profitability and Annual Budget/Business Plans are aligned.
Effectively works with people, creating teamwork, taking charge, generating enthusiasm, motivating and using an uplifting and lead-by-example leadership approach.
Ensure sales training is provided to Front Office and Reservation associates.
Continuous analysis of competitive set, price positioning, seasonality and mix.
Use all Yield Management tools available to maximize efforts. Develop appropriate selling strategies to include recommendations on rate, arrival patterns, length of stay, and discount rate availability.
Manage property participation and production through relevant Internet sites and other distribution channels (CRO, GDS, ADS, and Travel Agency Consortiums).
Build/maintain relationships w/OTA Market Managers and ensure best representation on 3rd party web sites.
Develop monthly room's revenue forecast to be accurate within 5%.
Review & analysis of Online Reputation management tool and online marketing analytics.
Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Participate in task forces and committees as requested.
Direct Reports Where Applicable: Group Coordinator, Reservations Sales Agents, Inventory Manager or Sales Reporting & System Analyst.
Qualifications Education/Formal Training
Four year degree preferred.
Experience
3-5 years of Revenue Management experience required. Multi-property experience preferred, but not required.
Knowledge/Skills
Excellent knowledge of transient, group, and catering customer segments.
Excellent personal management skills; time management, meeting deadlines, effective communication and presentations skills.
Excellent understanding of total hotel revenue management concepts, processes, and systems.
Understands both Brand strategies and cultures.
Knowledge of advanced revenue management techniques.
