The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team by analyzing consumer data, contributing to promotional campaigns, and assisting with content creation across various platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO, and market analysis, providing the intern with valuable insights into the latest industry trends. The intern will work closely with the marketing team to execute projects that enhance brand visibility and market presence.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads all marketing planning, efforts and execution for the Division.
Oversee and manage Marketing Team direct report(s).
Collaborate with Division leadership on status of marketing strategy, results, and calls-to-action/offers.
Ability to analyze business problems and make thoughtful recommendations as it pertains to marketing strategies and tactics.

Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports for use by Division, Area and Home Office leadership.

Effectively manage Division budget(s) on an on-going basis with formal quarterly updates detailing brand & community actual and projected investment.
Establish lead goals by brand & community to achieve Division net sign-up plan, given local conversion and cancellation rates. Monitor progress against goals.
Develop marketing communications plan(s), including community priorities, advertising support needs, and message/offer strategy.
Collaborate with Division personnel for new community set-ups to ensure that the Division hits critical milestones, including target opening dates.
Act as primary point-of-contact for Pulte Interior Design.
Collaborate with corporate communications team on local PR needs.
Identify key competitors and stay abreast of local marketing activity.

Job Summary
The GRC Analyst maintains and contributes to the design of the Company's cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance program (GRC). Plays a key role in assessing technology-related risks and ensuring

Job Summary
The Associate IT Provisioning Specialist is responsible for assisting IT leadership to procure goods and services, including but not limited to data and telecom services, hardware and software. Works with approved vendors to ensure orders are accurately processed, correctly coded in the GL system, and owners are appropriately informed on status.

Job Summary
The IT Senior Manager maintains information technology strategies by managing staff and directing the implementation of technological solutions across diverse teams. They recommend and implement information technology strategies, policies, and procedures within the functional unit; participate in implementation across other functional units. Job Summary:
As a Senior Corporate Auditor, Finance Leadership Development, you will play a critical role in ensuring our policies and procedures are executed effectively across the organization. Job Summary:
The Lead Data Engineer is a senior technical leader responsible for architecting, building, and optimizing enterprise-scale data solutions that enable advanced analytics and business insights. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership skills to guide the data engineering team and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The Lead Data Engineer will drive the modernization of the data platform, including the transition to Microsoft Fabric, while providing scalability, security, and compliance.

Job Summary
The Senior Product Manager for Digital Marketing will manage the roadmap for and execution of enhancements for consumer-facing platforms such as our website and digital sales center tools, ensuring every digital touchpoint is optimized for engagement, performance, and business impact. Partner with the Director of Marketing Technology and the Chief Marketing Officer to define the vision and strategic approach to achieving company goals through marketing department initiatives.
Serve as a strategic bridge between marketing, IT, UX/UI, sales, and analytics teams to ensure solutions are technically sound and meet user expectations.
Drive strategic alignment (through decks, presentations, etc.) internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements & Design Collaboration
