RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure each CNC machine has all the tooling required to manufacture various parts ahead of time to help production flow smoothly through the shop.
Coordinate tool tests with the CNC Programmer and report CNC programming changes that need to be made to improve tool life and part quality.
Clean up extra unused tooling at each work-center and inventory it to be sharpened or reused.
Set up tool packages for CNC machine changeovers to ensure CNC operators have all tooling they need to perform quick changeovers.
Inventory current tooling used at work-centers (such as custom-made boring heads) to help identify where spare tooling will be required to help production flow.
Assist the CNC operators in part changeover duties in pit-crew style changeovers to help the changeover go quicker and smoother.
Help complete program changes/transfers when CNC Programmer needs support.
Perform other duties, as assigned.

Field Engineering / Management

IT Analytics Intern Position Summary:

Job Purpose
This position will support our IT Field Services team as a Summer Intern from June 2026 - August 2026 and will be based in Nashville TN. This is a paid, full-time internship.
In this position you will have the opportunity to:
Provide direct user support, Hardware imaging, and application troubleshooting
Hardware Refresh/recycle, Mobile device, and Digital Signage support
Learn about IT support platforms in a corporate environment
Provide excellent customer service
Use ITIL platforms to quality and quantity of work

What do I need to be successful?
Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, and imaging experience a plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems
Must have an expected graduation date of August 2026 or later
Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher
Work Environment
This position will work at home and in our Nashville office on a hybrid schedule
Must live within a commutable distance to Nashville or willing to relocate to the greater Nashville area

In this position you will have the opportunity to:
Assist with day-to-day infrastructure operations, including monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and supporting network and cloud environments.
Participate in specific projects such as:
Network: Configuring switches, routers, and firewalls; assisting with network performance monitoring.
Systems Administration: Supporting server builds, patching, and user account management.
Cloud: Working on cloud resource provisioning, cost optimization, and automation scripts.
Document processes and contribute to knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with team members and learn best practices in IT infrastructure management.
Engage with leaders across the company to understand strategic technology initiatives.
Gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level infrastructure tools and technologies.
