JOB SUMMARY
The Land Contract Coordinator is responsible for processing contracts, invoices and other related financial system data management.
This position will be located onsite in the Schaumburg, IL area.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare monthly reconciliation of land development budgets in accounting system. (TransactAP)
Manage land development budget support (updating schedules and contracts)
Coordinate and report action items for each monthly LDA review requiring a quarterly audit of all GA community land development books
Manage monthly lot costs
Create and reconcile community lots in accounting and sales systems
Coordinate new land vendor setup processing along with liaison to risk management
Manage insurance requirement status of land vendors
Manage vendor contracting and invoicing process in Lawson.
Prepare monthly land accrual balance from current month land invoices
Maintain records retention requirements for land documents

PAY INFORMATION
$25.00 - $30.00 hourly
Hired applicant will be eligible to receive an annual bonus and earn overtime.
In addition to up to 9 paid company holidays per year, employees are eligible for up to 6 days of sick pay. Moreover, eligible employees with less than 10 years of service can accrue up to 17 PTO days per year (and up to 22 PTO days per year upon 10 or more years of service).

Job Summary

Ability to read blueprints and tape measure.
Able to work with power tools and hand tools.
Ability to run a saw.
Previous RV and/or construction experience preferred
Ability to work with fiberglass
Good attendance / work ethic
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Repetitive hand and arm motion.
Bending, reaching, and climbing.
Must be able to lift heavy objects as needed.
