ALSO, THE HOSPITAL PROVIDED OVER $583,000 OF CHARITY CARE FOR 1,891 CUSTOMER ENCOUNTERS WHERE THE PATIENT DID NOT HAVE THE MEANS TO PAY FOR SERVICES RENDERED. NO PATIENTS WERE TURNED AWAY FOR LACK OF INSURANCE. SERVICES PROVIDED INCLUDE CARDIOPULMONARY, CLINICAL NUTRITION, COUNSELING, EMERGENCY, INTENSIVE CARE, SURGICAL, PHARMACY, RADIOLOGY, REHABILITATION, AND SHORT PROCEDURE.
