Management don’t help all they expect is the quarterly bonuses and dint want to spend on equipment

It could be good but you’ll have to work hard for it and always watch out because they will try to trick you on your commission you always have to watch your back well especially in the Yuma Arizona store.

When I quit
The management and ownership is quite antiquated, both socially and technologically. A Mom-and-pop business that has outgrown it's beginning and hasn't realized the need to modernize.
Lack of management overbite means that if you put your head down you can disappear inside the company, if that's a type of career you're looking for.
