Responsibilities

• Lead the Procure-to-Pay end-to-end process.
• Oversee purchasing, resolve purchasing order discrepancies, perform periodic purchasing data reviews, audit, and monitor daily purchase order and accounts payable reports.
• Address and resolve receiving, invoice, and purchase order issues; audit invoices as requested; support the match exception and vendor add process.
  Execute or assist with correcting receiving discrepancies and verifying discrepancies of drop-ship orders.
• Serve as the sole point of contact for item creation, deletion, or maintenance in the Local Item Master tracking program.
• Manage inventory and storerooms.
• Run system reports as requested, assist Accounts Payable as related to BirchStreet and train new associates on BirchStreet.
• Complete other various duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of BirchStreet, POS Systems (Appetize | Micros) and PeopleSoft Finance and Excel, including pivot tables.
• Experience working with 3rd party invoice processors.
• An understanding of purchasing and payment processes and procedures; three years of purchasing or inventory planning experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of purchasing, accounts payable, and inventory management processes.
• Excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving, analysis, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; project management skills are a plus.

IMMI is seeking an energetic Purchasing Analyst looking to grow in their career. The Purchasing Analyst evaluates relationships with IMMI's material suppliers. This position oversees reporting for supplier performance in quality and delivery, costing, and the effects of market changes. Purchasing Analysts drive data to investigate new opportunities through improved supply chain or suppliers. Purchasing Analysts cultivate relationships with suppliers to procure products that are safe for IMMI's internal manufacturing, of exceptional quality, and delivered on time every time. The Purchasing Analyst's work enables IMMI to deliver excellent products to customers. They work cross-functionally with internal team members on new product development. They also work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Sales to maximize the company's goals while minimizing internal conflicts. Purchasing Analysts report to the Global Category Manager whom they support.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

Assure IMMI uses best total cost supply partners while prioritizing safety, quality, and production.
Data mine spend information identifying future potential savings opportunities
Purchasing KPI Reporting for Supplier on time delivery, quality, and PPAP approval metrics.
Maintaining Component Pricing, Lead Times, Payment Terms, etc. in Oracle.
Become a supply chain processes expert within the group.
Represent Purchasing on Project Management Teams for New Product programs.
Help pull together RFQ's packages for new product programs as well as Purchasing initiatives.
Manage the RFQ process, tracking responses and analyzing quote competitiveness.
Support supplier outreach when delivery issues get escalated to Purchasing Team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Purchasing, Engineering, Operations or related field
Must possess highly developed communication and problem-solving skills
Complex data analytical skills
Ability to learn systems and become proficient
Some experience in purchasing or supply chain experience is preferred
Experience with Oracle ERP, Discoverer, and Supplier Portal is preferred

Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a Strategic Purchasing Analyst to support a wide array of recurring and ad hoc analysis, under the guidance of the Strategic Sourcing Analyst Manager. Analyst will also work collaboratively with the Lead Supply Chain Analyst to develop and monitor performance against a yearly material operating plan. Ad-hoc requests for analysis to support program requests, executive-level business reviews, as well as internal strategic reviews are also a significant component of this role.
As a Strategic Purchasing Analyst you would be responsible for

* Creating price analyses for the strategic sourcing team based on suppliers' bids which both help inform award decisions and support compliance requirements
* Creating supporting documents such as requests for quote and pricing exhibit files in relation to strategic sourcing projects
* Communicating status of strategic sourcing projects to key stakeholders
* Supporting the broader sourcing organization with various ad-hoc reporting such as purchase order history

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

* Requires advanced MS Excel skills with the ability to construct complex nested functions along with a strong familiarity with lookups, pivot tables, and production of charts/visuals
* Requires good time management skills and the ability to multi-task as you will be supporting multiple projects at once in varying stages of completion, and be responsible for completing analyst tasks in a timely manner to keep projects on schedule
* Requires strong communication skills as you will be interfacing with key stakeholders in various departments such as engineering, programs, finance, manufacturing, contracts, and other supply chain areas

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

* Experience with Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle BI Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) HIGHLY preferred
* Solid understanding of core supply chain processes including but not limited to, Bills of Material, Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Quotations
* Past experience in report creation, buying, forecasting, and/or program variance tracking
* Experience with VBA coding and Power Query
* Experience with process improvements
