The Procurement Specialist is responsible for the purchase of electrical equipment, construction materials, and issuing subcontracts. Qualifications GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS:Education - Purchaser II - VGraduation from a standard senior high school or the equivalent.
