Experience and Skills: 1-3 years of experience in carrier sales, logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage preferred. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills. Proficient in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and familiar with carrier pricing or capacity analytics tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including persuasion and conflict resolution. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Driven, enthusiastic, and results-focused with a commitment to executional excellence and outstanding customer service. Working conditions This position is performed in a general office setting.
