Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree preferred. * Minimum 3 years of direct material purchasing experience. * Fluent in English. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * High business acumen and analytical mindset. * Comfortable working with large data sets in various systems. * Experience in sourcing components, evaluating options, and developing negotiation * Plans. Desired Skills: * Direct material purchasing experience in bearings, steel, and/or forgings. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. * Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building. * Understanding of commercial agreements and contracts. * Ability to grasp technical concepts. * Manufacturing background is a plus.
