Job Purpose:

**What you need to have to be considered**

Role Purpose

Accountabilities
Technical Ownership & Ingredient Validation
* Serve as the technical authority for all raw materials and ingredients, responding to internal inquiries and guiding ingredient selection and usage.

* Lead supplier technical capability assessments and provide technical data and feedback to support Procurement's performance discussions with suppliers.
* Ensure every ingredient meets applicable TTB, FDA, state, and internal MAB regulatory standards, including documentation such as SDS, allergen declarations, nutritional specs, GRAS status, and Prop 65 compliance.
Operational Support & Issue Resolution
* Support production, brewing, and packaging teams with troubleshooting of ingredient-related quality issues or non-conformances.
* Provide rapid root-cause analysis and corrective action guidance to minimize operational downtime.
* Identify technical opportunities for cost optimization such as reformulations and yield improvements and support Procurement's evaluation of alternative suppliers as part of sourcing events and competitive supplier selection activities.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
