The Work:

JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Materials Manager is responsible for supervising daily operations of the commodity area, including Bioethanol, POET Distillers Corn Oil, POET Wet Distillers Grains, and Dried Distillers Grains (DDGS) storage, loading, inventory control measures, and safety compliance and sanitation. Team members in this position manage commodity operations and may provide direct supervision to the Material Handlers in their daily operations. The Materials Manager ensures POET meets and maintains all requirements of the USDA, OSHA, and plant policies and procedures pertaining to the commodities department to include HAZMAT loading and proper preparation of HAZMAT paperwork. Responsibilities include:
Supervise and assist with daily loading and unloading of grain and ethanol co-products.
Supervise and assist with ethanol transfers to storage tanks, trucks and rail cars meeting FRA standards.
Effectively lead the team by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training team members. Leadership responsibilities also include delegating, coaching, managing performance and career development to effectively execute departmental strategies and support company objectives.
Establish and maintain inventory tracking systems that are acceptable to management and any regulatory agencies.
Communicate commodity operations status to the Commodity Manager on a daily basis.
Attend all weekly/monthly meetings and complete required reports in a timely manner.

Identify and assist with maintenance of equipment.

Coordinates and identify new drug value analysis steps with supply chain leaders, purchasing agents, providers and user departments to implement drug conversion savings opportunities.
Maintains local drug/vaccine contract database with vendor representative contact information.
Maintains drug rebate tracker and works with Accounts Receivable to identify drug with user dept codes on rebate checks.
Assists with researching and supplying new drug information to add to the New Drug Request online form. Works with oncology, reimbursement, business office, and EPIC teams as needed.
Attends and participates in Drug Safety, Vaccines and Drugs & Injections work groups as needed with leaders.
Train as back up to Purchasing Agent III who procures drugs and pharmaceuticals in Acumatica.
Understand pharmaceutical distributors and which approved distributor to use for ordering, price compare and contracting.
Resolves invoice, receipt, and purchase order 3-way match discrepancies with accounting.
Assist in maintaining accurate drug inventories with Purchasing Agent III, perform regular physical counts and monitor drug expiration dates.
Coordinate and communicate drug inventory changes, process improvements and issues with Marshalltown Central Supply inventory for standardization.
Education
High School Diploma, GED or HiSET.
Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Technician training program with verification of certification.
Certification/License
Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or ExCPT exam)

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a pharmacy technician. Experience with drug and vaccine sourcing, contracting, rebates and vendor management.
Preferably in healthcare clinic or hospital setting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive sourcing excellence and supplier management for North American projects. In this role, you will define project-specific supplier panels, align with Supplier Quality Engineering, and shape sourcing strategies (make-or-buy, regionalization, localization). You will lead budgeting input for new projects, create volume opportunities through cross-unit alignment, and ensure site-level execution. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Ensuring stakeholder involvement in Project planning and execution activities in close cooperation with Sales, Engineering, Quality, PMO, Buyer & Manufacturing, including:
