Supply Chain Operations & Logistics: Manage inventory, warehousing, and outbound distribution of finished dairy products. Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) deliveries to customers. Support cost efficiency and sustainability initiatives across the supply chain. Performance & Continuous Improvement: Define and monitor KPIs such as service levels, OTIF, plant utilization, and inventory turns. Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy, supply reliability, and operational responsiveness. Partner cross-functionally (operations, quality, finance, BD) to strengthen the end-to-end supply chain. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Dairy/Food Science, or related field. 5-7+ years of experience in supply chain management, production planning, or logistics, ideally in dairy or food processing.
