Mentor junior buyers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-performance negotiation within the team. Qualifications: 7+ years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment. High attention to detail and quality in all aspects of work. Previous experience with ERP systems. Ability to react quickly to schedule changes and re-prioritize parts at vendors.
