To better support our growth, we are looking for a stellar Supply Chain and Inventory Planning Manager with a proven track record in industrial materials. This mission-critical position will plan our supply chain by forecasting demand and creating plans that ensure optimal stock levels (domestic and imports) while maintaining an efficient inventory management process.

This leadership position will work from either our Seattle or Vancouver office.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
o Oversee and manage all daily supply chain activities, including training and oversight of staff.
o Coordinate with transportation and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient product
movement.
o Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues and supply disruptions.
o Partner with sales, marketing, production, and logistics teams to align inventory strategies with
business goals and promotional activities.
Inventory Management:
o Develop and implement inventory management strategies.
o Analyze past sales data, market trends and marketing plans to predict future product demand.
o Determine ideal inventory levels, reorder points and safety stock to meet demand, reduce
holding costs and minimize shortages or excess inventory.
o Tariffs management.
o Vendor management. Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products,
negotiate terms and manage vendor performance.
Team Leadership & Development:
o Lead, mentor, train and develop a team of logistics associates, fostering a culture of accountability
and continuous improvement.
o Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and address any performance
issues.
o Develop and implement staffing plans.
o Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
Continuous Improvement:
o Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement lean methodologies to enhance
efficiency, eliminate supply disruptions and reduce lead times.
o Utilize data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze performance, identify trends and
make data-driven decisions.
o Stay informed of industry's best practices and emerging technologies in international trade and
supply chain management.
Skills:
Strong ability to analyze date, identify trends and resolve discrepancies to make informed decisions. Manage process and people, data entry management and reporting skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' Supply Chain Management experience. Must be familiar with international trade and tariffs.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Business Central (BC) is highly desirable.

Oversee commissary operations and commissary staff.

Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Hospitality, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1+ years of purchasing, inventory, or warehouse management experience, preferably within food and beverage, hospitality, or venue operations.
Experience managing staff and leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost analysis, and P&L accountability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing/inventory management systems.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the purchasing of commodities and services to support production and aftermarket requirements. Work includes reviewing requests; sourcing vendors examining price, suitability, and availability of items or services; comparing specifications; and reviewing alternatives. Work is performed independently under the general direction of the Supply Chain Manager Support Launch teams through RFQ development, analysis and negotiation of supplier quote responses, Supplier Statement of Work Negotiation, and Make vs. Buy analysis.
