The Work:

Qualification
Here's what you need:

* Define and implement procurement strategies for your material fields, conducting needs, market, and supplier analyses to ensure a cost-efficient and timely supply of high-quality materials.
* Conduct worldwide market analyses based on project locations to contribute to optimal procurement strategies and foster collaboration with top suppliers.
* Implement and ensure adherence to defined purchasing methods, processes, and systems within a digital procurement environment.
* Manage supplier relationships for your material fields, including qualification, selection, evaluation, development, and classification.

What You Bring
* You hold a successful degree as an architect, civil engineer, industrial engineer with a focus on construction, or possess commercial education with a technical construction background.
* You bring several years of experience in project management or procurement within the construction industry or real estate sectors.
* Strong negotiation skills, goal orientation, and a proactive approach are key strengths you possess.
* You have a solid understanding of project management specific to procurement and contract law.
* Fluent English and proficiency with Office tools are essential; knowledge of German is a plus.

Create reports and analyze data; forecast procurement needs and continually develop expertise to support growth for new projects.
