Identify and develop suppliers with innovative technologies that reduce cost and increase our competitiveness • Make periodic visits to suppliers, perform risk assessments, onsite surveys, periodic supplier performance reviews, supplier development plans, and resolve any invoice discrepancies Maintain, re-evaluate, and develop robust risk management systems to promote appropriate competition and ensure suppliers continuity • Analyze, negotiate, and validate contracts and agreements and communicate appropriately with Legal Department for full approval • Manage direct reports when applicable by providing daily feedback, guidance and positive coaching • Other duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Leadership - Identify and maintain a dynamic supplier portfolio, including both local specialists (“local heroes”) and national providers capable of delivery and value-added services like installation.
Lead end-to-end procurement events including scope development, RFI/RFP execution, supplier evaluation, and award recommendation.
Collaborate with Last Mile Supply Chain and Legal to finalize supplier selection and contract approvals in alignment with internal governance.

Strategic Sourcing & Optimization - Review and refine sourcing strategies, pricing structures and contract frameworks to accommodate diverse go-to-market models.
Analyze distribution models to enhance 3PL supplier coverage and optimize transportation flows to and from Electrolux Distribution Centers (EDCs).
Support strategy decisions by providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Establish benchmarking methodologies across Final Mile modes.
Supplier & Stakeholder Engagement - Build and manage strong relationships with Last Mile providers, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Develop and implement performance scorecards and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and service excellence.
Create incentive structures to reward high-performing partners and enforce penalties for underperformance.
Maintain close alignment with internal stakeholders across Last Mile Supply Chain, Legal, and other business units.

Responsibilities:
Category Strategy Development:
Develop and own the end-to-end category strategy for technology spend, including software (SaaS, enterprise applications), hardware, telecom, and cloud services, that ensures alignment with enterprise priorities
Develop and conduct comprehensive spend analysis, market assessments, and risk evaluations to identify sourcing opportunities and efficiencies
Define and build short- and long-term category roadmaps aligned with business and Product Engineering objectives
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Execution:
Lead and execute RFx processes, contract negotiations, and supplier selection in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Product Engineering
Translate business needs into sourcing strategies that drive value, innovation, and risk mitigation while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Supplier Relationship & Performance Management:
Develop and manage strategic supplier partnerships to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Financial & Operational Excellence:
Deliver measurable savings, total cost of ownership (TCO) improvements, and operational efficiencies

Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $115,000-$125,000.

Job Description
Responsible for developing the sourcing strategy for specific categories of goods within the company. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, analytical skills, and industry-specific expertise.
Work requires detailed data analysis, logical reasoning and operations where independent judgment is used. Technical and engineering knowledge is needed since there is a high need to focus on details and manufacturing process understanding. Soft skills to be able to negotiate prices, and contracts are also needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Continuous Improvement of WNA Sourcing Processes
Detailed analysis of:
Market conditions (commodities prices, shipping prices, inflation)
Manufacturing capabilities and area of expertise from our supply base.
Manufacturing process and main cost drivers.
Business relationship over the years (demand, price, commodities, type of products)
Analytical thinking to develop and execute category strategies based on cost and manufacturing capabilities.
Managing relationships with suppliers, including negotiation, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
Negotiates pricing, logistics and finance terms and conditions with suppliers.
Drafts, review, and manage contracts effectively for legal correctness, price, and acceptability of terms.
Defines the commodity strategy regularly by supplier (strategic, growth, challenger, decrease, phase-out, immediate action).
Develop new potential suppliers with focus on localization with cross-functional support.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain and procurement processes.
Works with international support base to accomplish company goals.
Assists in forecasting of annual material and tooling budgets and reporting.
Responsible to develop cost reduction activities related to Supplier base.
Serves as direct interface between suppliers, R&D, and assigned facility team members.
Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Skills and Experience:
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
Outstanding Excel Skills
Experience with ERP systems, SAP experience preferred
Mathematical Concepts necessary for procurement (weighted averages, percentages, ratios and proportions)
