The Work:
Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through your combined SAP application and functional process expertise which includes your ability to:

+ Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps including during sales origination, proposal development and client presentations

Here's what you need:
+ Minimum of 8 years proven experience as a Delivery Lead, being accountable for running the day-to-day of large SAP transformation programs in Supply Chain and Retail while advising clients on how to create roadmap and business case, set up and mobilize, drive the execution and successful business outcomes for large SAP programs
+ Minimum 8 years of experience leading SAP transformation programs that support Retail and Consumer Goods clients (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
+ Minimum 4 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for SAP Supply Chain and Retail Clients
+ Experience managing large SAP delivery teams (50-100 people), including in a Global Delivery model
+ Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

THE ROLE
The role of Senior Manager, Indirect Procurement is to create and drive sourcing related activity across all the Wella Brands for the NA region. You are responsible for driving strategy, savings initiatives and business plans with discipline to deliver the business growth plans as well as the fiscal year objectives and longer-term interventions in the 3-5year horizon. You will create savings and spend insights to support better value delivery, good policy and spend better decisions. Basic Qualifications
Here's what you need:
+ Minimum of 8 years of experience scoping and delivering Life Sciences transformation and innovation technology advisory solutions and services across Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics and Fulfilment, across multiple modalities
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience at a consulting in management consulting or strategy consulting firm or 6 years of internal consulting project-based experience within Life Sciences (biopharma or medical device)
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 10 years) work experience.
