Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college, university, OR high school diploma and 10 years of experience in procurement engineering. At least five years of experience in sourcing, project management, commercial, engineering, manufacturing, or quality discipline in a technical and/or highly regulated industry. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, to support in-person meetings in Japan as needed. Ability to operate a computer proficiently Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, business, or engineering from an accredited college or university. Experience with CSA (Canadian Standards Association) standards. Experience in a managerial, project management or technical leadership role Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Nuclear industry experience; working knowledge of Nuclear Codes & Standards as they relate to procurement activities. Basic technical knowledge, including (a) ability to read and understand engineering drawings, (b) basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical and materials component manufacturing specifications. Experience in fabrication of heavy equipment. Strong interpersonal, influencing, and leadership skills. Strong oral and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities. Strong planning and time management skills. Capable of working successfully in a matrix organization to drive results. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects to completion, including cost and schedule control.
