to lead and manage all aspects of HR and recruiting. This role is responsible for designing and executing people strategies that support business growth, employee engagement, and operational excellence. The Director will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to attract, develop, and retain top talent, while ensuring compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.

Human Resources Leadership
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and managers on HR strategy, workforce planning, organizational development, and employee relations.
Develop and maintain HR policies, programs, and processes that align with business goals and foster a positive, high-performance culture.
Lead initiatives for employee engagement, retention, professional development, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR systems; recommend enhancements to remain competitive in the market.
Oversee the immigration process for identified employees, working in collaboration with legal advisors.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, assess, and hire top consulting and corporate talent.
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop proactive hiring strategies.
Implement effective employer branding, sourcing strategies, and recruitment marketing to enhance candidate pipelines and support a strong candidate experience.
Monitor recruiting metrics and provide insights to optimize hiring efficiency and quality.
Team & Process Leadership
Manage, coach, and develop a small HR/Talent team, fostering professional growth and accountability.
Drive process improvements across HR and recruiting functions to increase effectiveness and scalability.
Actively participate in leadership meetings, contributing HR and talent perspectives to business decisions.
Prepare, manage and track annual HR and Talent budgets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification a plus).
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role covering both HR and talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of HR disciplines including employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and talent development.
Proven success leading recruiting strategies in a professional services or consulting environment preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills; able to work assertively yet collaboratively with leaders and managers.
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
HR Certified preferred

pure Integration is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our growing team developing globally scaled video platforms that handle billions of requests and millions of users. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD automation. You'll play a critical role in building infrastructure and automation solutions to support the deployment, observability, reliability, and management of globally scaled applications across public (AWS) and private cloud environments.
This is a remote W-2 hourly position with the possibility of conversion to a full-time role.
The hourly rate range for the role is $47- $55/hour. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Responsibilities:
Act as a subject matter expert in Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
3+ years in Automation/DevOps engineering roles.
3+ years of experience with Ansible and AWS, including working in Linux environments.
3+ years developing automation for applications in AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, IAM).
2+ years deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters.
2+ years writing and managing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Concourse.
Experience integrating QA and performance testing with tools like K6s.
Solid experience using Terraform in collaborative, multi-user environments with distributed state.
Proficiency in Git-based workflows for managing IaC (Infrastructure as Code).

- Define and own product strategy, roadmap and release plans for secondary mortgage market and securitization capabilities.

- Validate functional and data quality through review of loan-level tapes, settlement exceptions, reconciliations and investor remits.
- Partner with legal, compliance and risk to embed controls and automated checks for repurchase triggers, indemnifications and servicing transfers.
- Drive continuous improvement: reduce manual reconciliations, automation of investor reporting, increase straight-through-processing and lower settlement risk.
- Provide domain expertise to support pricing/valuation, prepayment modeling assumptions and business cases for product investment.
Required experience and skills:
- Proven product owner or senior business analyst experience in the secondary mortgage market.
- Direct experience with mortgage securitization processes (structuring, pooling, deal execution, trustee setup, REMIC/Trust mechanics) strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of loan-level deliverables and investor requirements (loan tapes, formats, data elements), GSE and agency/non-agency securitizations.
- Familiarity with investor platforms, settlements, custodian/trustee interactions, and investor reporting.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using tools such as JIRA, Confluence and CI/CD practices.
