Justin Reber is the Executive Chairman of PurePredictive™ and has worked successfully with technology start-ups and early-stage companies for over fifteen years. With primary focus on funding and business development, Justin has founded several successful ventures and has fostered start-up businesses into multi-million dollar companies. Justin has raised significant amounts of capital for companies such as OmniLytics, Callware Technologies, Scream Design, Inari, and Stabro Laboratories. Justin is also involved in state and federal government, where he served on the Governor’s Task Force for Capital Formation in 1995, for the State of Utah. He also founded Intelogis, Inc., with business partner Novell, Inc.

Richard Wellman is the Co-Founder and Scientific Advisor of PurePredictive™. PurePredictive’s core machine learning technology was originally developed by Richard and his foresight in automating predictive analytics has played out to be years ahead of its time. Richard joined the mathematics faculty at Westminster College in 2000 and became department chair in 2004. Before Westminster Richard spent several years developing educational software for various groups and institutions including the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, Key Curriculum Press, and the Wordbook Encyclopedia. Richard has a Ph.D. from Utah State University and has published several papers in functional analysis and theoretical computer science.

Jim Christensen is currently a Director and the CFO of PurePredictive. He has been involved with the Company since its inception. He has worked in the software and technology space since 1995. His career began as an Accounting Manager at Rocky Mountain Water Co. He joined Callware Technologies, a voicemail and unified messaging software company in 1995 and has served in various positions in the Finance and Operations, most recently as the Chief Operating and Financial Officer . He graduated from Westminster College in Salt Lake City in 1994 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
