Gerdes has served as a member of our board since 2007. He previously served as a director of CBOT since 2005.Gerdes has served as CEO of Pursuant Health (formerly SoloHealth), a private health-care company in Atlanta, since February 2014 and as its Executive Chairman of the Board since November 2013. He was initially appointed to the Board in 2007 and as the Chairman in 2012. He has also served as a general partner of Sand Hill Financial Company, a venture capital partnership, since 1983.Gerdes is also a general partner of Gerdes Huff Investments.Gerdes is a major shareholder and President of Friesland Farms, LLC. Gerdes formerly served as Chairman and CEO of Transcend Services, concluding with the sale of that company in April 2012 and as a director of Access Plans, Inc., from 2001 until its sale in June, 2012.Gerdes is a member of the Dean's Advisory Council for The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and serves as trustee for Monmouth College.

Scott Robertson, Chief Technology Officer, is responsible for overseeing Product Development, Infrastructure, Data & Integration, Technical Operations, Technical Support, Ad Operations, Customer Service and Regulatory & Compliance for Pursuant Health. Prior to joining Pursuant Health, Scott spent 16 years with Transcend Services building and managing their software technology platforms, product management, infrastructure and technology operations teams and HIPAA & SOX compliance programs. He managed teams that were geographically dispersed across the United States as well as internationally. Scott helped lead Transcend through multiple acquisitions and the complex technology and platform integrations that followed. The success of Transcend ultimately resulted in it’s acquisition by Nuance Communications in 2012 for $300MM. Post acquisition, Scott spent the following two years leading five separate software engineering teams for their mid-market platforms that were responsible for contributing over 200MM in annual revenue. Scott has a BS in Geology and a MS in Geochemistry from Georgia State University.
