Mr. Gorman is Chairman and CEO of Morgan Stanley. Mr. Gorman became CEO in January 2010 and Chairman in January 2012. He joined the Firm in February 2006 and was named Co-President in December 2007. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Gorman held a succession of executive positions at Merrill Lynch. Prior to this, he was a senior partner of McKinsey & Co. and began his career as an attorney in Melbourne, Australia. Among his civic activities, Mr. Gorman serves as a Director of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the Council on Foreign Relations, and is a member of the Board of Overseers of the Columbia Business School, the Monetary Authority of Singapore International Advisory Panel, the Business Council, and the Board of the Institute of International Finance. Mr. Gorman, who was born in Australia, earned a B.A. and Law degree from the University of Melbourne and an M.B.A. from Columbia University

David Michael Solomon (born c. 1962) is an American investment banker, and the chief executive officer (CEO) of Goldman Sachs, a position he has held since October 2018. He has also been chairman of the bank since January 2019. Before assuming his role as CEO, Solomon was president and chief operating officer from January 2017 to September 2018, and was joint head of the investment banking division from July 2006 to December 2016. Solomon formally succeeded Lloyd Blankfein, the previous CEO, on October 1, 2018, and was named chairman after Blankfein's retirement.

Mortimer J. "Tim" Buckley (born 1969) is an American executive at The Vanguard Group. The Vanguard Board elected him unanimously to succeed F. William McNabb III as chief executive officer upon McNabb's retirement at the end of December 2017.

Tom Faust is chairman of the board, chief executive officer and president of Eaton Vance Corp. Tom joined Eaton Vance in 1985 as an equity research analyst and also served as a portfolio manager, director of equity research and management, and chief equity investment officer during his 16 years in the firm’s equity group. In November 2001, Tom assumed leadership of all investment functions at Eaton Vance with his appointment as chief investment officer. He was elected a vice president of Eaton Vance in 1987, executive vice president in 2000 and president in 2006. He became chairman and CEO on November 1, 2007. Prior to joining Eaton Vance, Tom was a research engineer with International Paper Company. Tom earned B.S. degrees in mechanical engineering and economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School. The core business includes life insurance, retirement income, investment management, and long-term care insurance. New York Life is the leading provider of life insurance and income annuities in the U.S. Mr. Mathas became Chief Executive Officer on July 1, 2008, and was named Chairman of the Board of Directors on June 1, 2009. He joined New York Life in 1995 and previously served as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, in addition to holding senior management positions in New York Life’s life insurance and annuity businesses and Agency Department. Mr. Mathas has been a director of the Company since July 2006. He was appointed to New York Life’s Executive Management Committee in June 2002. Mr. Mathas serves on the Executive Committee of the American Council of Life Insurers, as well as the Boards of the American Museum of Natural History and the Partnership for New York City.
