The mission of Puzzle Box Academy is to provide comprehensive, individualized, science-based education not available in our community. We believe children with developmental delays, like autism, deserve the opportunity to reach their full academic and social potential. The school’s curriculum combined with the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis provides effective treatment and education programs to children and their families. BENEFITS and TEAM WORK
The family environment. The owners take good care of their employees. Ex employees are an ex for a reason. This company has best pay, best employee morale and benefits.
Other employees who constantly complain. They have not experienced the real world to know how good they have it.
Time off. 3 weeks paid a year on top of 11 paid holidays and 40-80 hours of paid PTO.
I enjoyed my fellow staff members, I enjoyed all the kiddos that I got to help, and I would say the benefits are really good.
Can get hectic sometimes with all the kids, but it's still a good time.
Paid vacations!
The pay and benefits are very competitive. Your coworkers are some really awesome people.
Can be stressful at times, but you just gotta roll with it.
Amazing health plans
I liked my associates very much. Strong teachers. Nice facility.
Ownership are not good people. They sue former employees, threaten them. They are not good to children, including their own. Owners appear to have mental health issues.
Location was nice. Nothing else
I love the family environment.
Schedules have to change due to clients especially with all the new COVID policy to protect the kids and staff
Time off! Pay! Love my kiddos
Huge family environment
Can be stressful dealing with the parents at times due to the clients special needs
Time off and pay are some of the best
Nothing
Scared to come forward been threaten physically and with harm. Dangerous place to work. We are threaten by the Furr Sisters to keep quiet and not expose their child abuse, fraud and money laundering. Company is funded by Chinese Nationalist seeking American Citizenship
Good pay and benefits plus the people seem to really care about the kids.
It can be stressful at times but still worth it.
Gym membership, good health insurance, and good people. They pay is pretty good too.
