good pay and benefits

the most chaotic workplace I have ever worked. the people in charge have their positions only because they came over from GoDaddy, not because they have any background or prior experience in their department. There is no logic to anything that managemnt does, iits all reactionary

I was paid well and the health benefits were good

What do you like best about PXG's CEO and the leadership team?

the leadership is incompetent and that is being nice. the CEO is a rich guy with money to burn but wont spend a dime on important things the company needs to do their jobs

listen to the experts you've hired who in most cases know more than you and the CEO about their jobs

above average, although I belive that has changed
