No Pros to working there. They will screw you out of your bonuses. All the care about is how much the CEO and Investors are making.
They don’t care about employees. They make errors on the financials that cost people at the local branches Bonuses and they promise to fix them and retro pay the bonus, but nothing happens. They eventually sorry I know you got screwed by there’s nothing I can do now.
Nothing. Wish they never bought the Company I used to work for. It all went down hill we Pye Barker Fire acquired us.
Nothing. The Regional Managers are a joke. They never answer their numbers or call you back. They only get alone with the people who are YES Men and never question anything.
Fire all the West Coast Regional Managers and the Accounts who like to screw up and play with the money/expenses. Surprised this place has not been hit for Tax Evasion yet.
Run away and find a new job
It would’ve been good if they didn’t screw you over on your monthly bonus.
They hire a lot of family members and give special treatment to them.
I hate it there, that’s why I quit.
