Richard is the founder and CEO of Pypestream, the ai-powered automation solution turning the world’s biggest businesses into ‘on-demand’, fully digital powerhouse brands.Pypestream was born from a belief that all businesses should be experienced the same way consumers experience Uber and Netflix ie. On-demand with no call centers, no e-mails, no chatbots, no websites and no branches.Prior to Pypestream, Richard co-founded Genesis Media, an online video and attention measurement platform for editorial based publishers. Since 2005, Richard has been the owner of SouthWinston LLC, now a New York-based, niche family office that incubates and develops businesses in media, technology and entertainment. As an inventor, Richard holds a host of patents underpinning the SouthWinston portfolio.Richard launched his business career during his university years, when he founded woiSA.com ("What’s on in South Africa"), South Africa’s first Internet entertainment and information portal. After two years, he built the start-up into the country’s leading infotainment portal and then sold it to World Online in 2001. In 2009 whilst building woiSA, Richard helped start DataSphere Technologies, an IT company specializing in digital identity management. When the NASDAQ listed digital security firm ActivIdentity Inc. acquired DataSphere in 2002, Richard became COO of the newly formed ActivIdentity Africa Ltd. He spent five years there.Richard moved to New York in February 2009 to pursue his passion for technology and early stage business development. An active member of the YPO Metro New York chapter, Richard is an avid golfer and nature conservationist. Brad Schweibold is a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Pypestream and is based in Carmel, Indiana. He has worked as Regional Vice President at DIVINE INC, Vice President of Sales at Kore.ai, and Vice President Worldwide Sales at CA Technologies. Brad studied at Indiana Wesleyan University between 1988 and 1990.
