Going home
Stressful, poorly managed, run down buildings, most staff is under qualified and doesn’t work, below average pay, sub par benefits, unprofessional
Going home
Going home so I don’t have to deal with them.
Start some culture. There currently isn’t any.
I showed up. Truthfully they were just glad to have someone interested. Now I see why.
Well below the average
They seem to be diverse.
Leaving at the end of the day
Getting to know the clients, and seeing the positive change in them as they start on their recovery journey.
It is a revolving door with staff, coworkers do not stay most only last 6 months. Some may stay longer but for the most part in & out. The staff will come in learn the basics and leave to go somewhere else and make more money.
Free meals, if you have the time to eat.
Manager is always trying to do their best. But you still feel like no one cares when you look at the bigger picture.
Of course pay more, be consistent. Why should you come to work on time and follow your schedule, when some of the same coworkers are always late, call out, no show and nothing happens because they are so short staff they just keep letting them do it.
Knowing that you are helping someone in need.
I feel like it changes over time, give it 6 months and you could have all new employees
Lower, that is why they can not keep people.
Decent medical benefits if you pay for the high end plan.
Reckless, dangerous understaffing.
Interaction with clients
Dirty work environment, starving clients to save money, low salary for amount of stress job requires
Going home
