Own the administration, optimization, and day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System (LMS) and learning technologies. Identify, select, and manage external learning partners and vendors. Develop and track key performance metrics to measure learning effectiveness, performance impact, adoption, and ROI. Use data to drive insights-based decisions that shape future learning solutions and talent strategies. Ensure learning strategies and department goals directly support the organization's strategic priorities and future talent capabilities. Champion change leadership by designing and supporting communication and enablement strategies that accelerate adoption.
