Own the administration, optimization, and day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System (LMS) and learning technologies.

Develop and track key performance metrics to measure learning effectiveness, performance impact, adoption, and ROI.
Use data to drive insights-based decisions that shape future learning solutions and talent strategies.
Ensure learning strategies and department goals directly support the organization's strategic priorities and future talent capabilities.

through to convert from proposal to definite status. Proposals should be sent to clients

● Clearly outline on the client's room block requirements, suite/upgrade requirements,
meeting space requirements, budget information, decision maker/process and client's hot

● Obtain, document and route all necessary information on definite groups, including
billing information, credit application, rooming list and VIP arrangements. Details on meeting
arrangements, menus, audio-visual arrangements, etc. should be documented and passed on to
the catering manager for follow up.
● Forecast your group production on a weekly basis and provide to your Director of Sales
to ensure a property forecast can be created.
● Participate in Group Pick Up meetings as needed. Provide feedback to Group Housing

● Achieve all assigned KPI's. Including sales solicitation goals, bookings, lead response

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring prompt and efficient service
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions

Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms
Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests as requested
Maintain a neat and organized lobby area

One year prior Guest Services/Bell experience preferred
