TST is looking for a passionate & dynamic IT Services Project & Logistics Coordinator that will be responsible for delivering multiple external IT service projects simultaneously in a fast paced, high pressure environment. As a coordinator of many projects which includes project planning, scheduling, monitoring and executing, you will be paramount in delivering technology infrastructure solutions to our Nationwide Corporate IT clients. You will be working with 100s of our clients and 1000s of our external technical contractors alongside our internal service department, dispatch teams and other functional areas. Credentials and Experience: An associates or bachelor's degree with at least 3 years experience managing external facing IT projects is strongly preferred. 1-3 years Call Center, Contact Center and/or high volume phone support experience is greatly preferred. Duties and Responsibilities: IMPORTANT: Must be willing to take project calls outside of regular shift hours. Responsible for delivering multiple/simultaneous projects - managing and coordinating. Ownership of projects assigned - responsible & accountable for the execution of projects from beginning to end. Develop and prioritize the project scope items through structured client interviews and other sources. Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle. Responsible for scheduling, coordination, implementation, control and completion of projects ensuring timelines are met and within budget. Develop project proposals, statements of work (SOW), change management forms, and other project management best practices. Notate and maintain meticulous records, attend daily status meetings, manage and respond to ticket queues of multiple projects at various stages of development. Ensure all project requirements and/or objectives are documented. Assist in the development of full-scale project plans, associated communication documents, project scope, goals, and deliverables. Effectively communicate project expectations to customers and other stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Estimate the technical resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team and escalate as needed. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Develop and deliver progress reports, and customer facing presentations. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Assist in defining project success criteria and disseminate them to involved external and internal parties throughout project life cycle.
