Overview
The Customer Success Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence, process scalability, and data-driven decision-making across the Customer Success organization. This role will lead the deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of the company's Customer Success Platform (CSP) to ensure seamless integration with CRM and analytics systems, enabling visibility, automation, and impact across the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Platform Ownership and Enablement
Lead the design, deployment, and administration of the Customer Success Platform (CSP), ensuring alignment with customer journey stages, segmentation models, and success workflows.
Partner with IT, RevOps, and Customer Success leadership to integrate CSP with Salesforce (or other CRM), product usage data, billing systems, and support tools.
Manage data hygiene, user access, governance, and reporting across the CSP environment.
Establish standardized playbooks, triggers, and automation to drive proactive engagement and renewals forecasting.
Lead vendor relationship management, including platform roadmap reviews, release testing, and enhancement prioritization.
Data, Insights, and Forecasting
Define and maintain core Success metrics (GRR, NRR, adoption, health scores, renewals, and churn analysis).
Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into customer health and portfolio risk.
Partner with Finance and Sales Operations to align forecast accuracy and renewal performance tracking.
Support quarterly business reviews and board reporting through analysis of retention trends and expansion opportunities.
Process Design and Optimization
Map and optimize key Success processes including onboarding, health scoring, escalation management, and renewals workflows.
Implement scalable digital touch models leveraging CSP automation and in-app engagement.
Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and emerging best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Support teams to close the loop on customer feedback, product adoption, and sentiment insights.
Serve as a key liaison to IT and RevOps for systems alignment and data quality.
Support leadership in capacity planning, segmentation, and headcount modeling.

Requirements
7+ years in Customer Success Operations, RevOps, or related SaaS operations role.
Proven experience deploying or managing a CSP such as Gainsight, Totango, Catalyst, Planhat, or ChurnZero.
Strong understanding of SaaS retention metrics, customer journey design, and digital success strategies.
Advanced Excel and Salesforce skills; experience with BI tools preferred (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Private equity or high-growth SaaS environment.
Exposure to renewals forecasting, customer health modeling, and AI-driven success automation.
Prior experience developing CSP data architectures and reporting frameworks.
Additional Details
Salary commensurate with experience ($122,400 - $160,000 US Dollars) with bi-weekly pay via direct deposit. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Overview
As a Salesforce Developer, you will design, develop, and implement scalable, high-quality solutions within Salesforce to support the CRM needs of multiple business units at Quorum Software. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent.
Certified Salesforce Administrator and Certified Platform Developer I, II (additional certifications such as CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant are a plus).
Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience, including Sales, Service, Experience Clouds, and CPQ.
Hands-on experience with Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing) and Agentforce strongly preferred.

Overview
The Project Manager is a key role in the Quorum Americas Professional Services organization. The successful candidate will be able to transition rapidly and effectively between hands-on project management within individual projects in support of overall global program goals and deliverables, and high-level relationship building and program strategy planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of project execution, success implementing business-oriented IT/Software solutions within the Oil and Gas industry, preferably with some experience in Production Operations and/or overall Upstream functions. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, organizing and motivating project teams in the Americas Region which is made up of teams supporting clients in North America and Latin America. The PM will drive the team to achieve a high level of performance, quality and delivery of projects that provide exceptional business value to our customers. The role requires using agile methods in a fast-paced environment that may cross multiple business divisions.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage large, complex, enterprise-level projects
Manage full Project lifecycle including initial planning, scoping, cost estimation, scheduling, resourcing, technical solution design, monitoring project implementation metrics, action items, and deliverables, performing quality control and validation activities, end user training, and project closure activities
Organize and lead project status and working meetings including preparation of progress reports
Manage project risks and issues, correct deviations from plans with a focus on delivery planning
Managing projects that often consist of multiple agile teams that require integration with other activities and departments across the organization
Implement the appropriate people, process and tools to improve team efficiency and effectiveness. Achieve the project goals within designated project constraints
Use good judgment and coaching skills to develop a project management approach to drive effective planning and optimize efficiencies of the project team
Use high level of knowledge and experience in blending traditional PM principles and practices with an Agile development approach in the right proportions to fit large, complex, mission-critical, enterprise-level projects and with the appropriate level of planning and provide the right balance of agility and predictability.
Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work and leveraging resources
Support in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and implement an effective system of project governance
Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management
Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team

Requirements
University Degree, preferably B.S. Degree in Engineering discipline or Business Degree.
A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies including 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with members including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Personnel
Understanding of software development life cycle models as well as knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
Previous experience with budgeting, execution or program management processes
Working knowledge of executing on Change Management initiatives and associated Best Practices
Understanding of conceptual modeling, data requirements and data consolidation
Experience with business architecture and business process management methodologies
Demonstrated technical prowess including solving complex problems, programming skills (SQL, C++/C#, Java, VB and/or other computer programming languages), and familiarity/understanding of systems architecture
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Preferred Skills
MBA, or other advanced management training would be an asset
Oil and Gas industry or Software Project Management experience pertaining to familiarity with the upstream asset life cycle, would be considered an asset
Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent preferred
