SUMMARY
Q2 is seeking a Senior Customer Enablement Consultant to work directly with customers to help them fully adopt and utilize our solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with the Client Success Manager and internal SMEs to build and execute plans that advance customer's strategic goals, ensuring customer satisfaction and creating raving fans. The ideal Customer Enablement Consultant is an outgoing, organized, and thoughtful relationship builder who adapts well to varying internal and external teams, cultures, and working styles. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serves as a subject matter expert on assigned customers' usage and continuous adoption of Q2's products and services
• Helps build, refine and lead customer programs (training, education, best practices, strategic tactics) that drive value realization of Q2's products and services

As a Business Analyst - Card Processing on our Banking as a Service team, you will be responsible for defining, organizing and executing on a product delivery pipeline for your focus area, Card Processing. SUMMARY

SUMMARY
Q2 is seeking a Fraud Analyst. This role is responsible for identifying, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities across our platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with other fraud and risk, and product owners on the team to accomplish this, and educate internal and external stakeholders around card fraud management best practices, and consulting them on fraud management processes and capabilities. This individual is passionate about fraud, scrappy, driven, and a great problem solver. They will be responsible for monitoring financial activities, identifying suspicious patterns, and investigating and working to prevent potential fraudulent card transactions for Stakeholders. The individual will use data analysis techniques to detect and prevent first and third-party debit & prepaid card fraudulent activity aiming to safeguard stakeholders from financial losses and reputaitonal damage by building rules and follow-through activities against perpetrators; key tasks include reviewing transactions, customer data, and accounting documents to identify anomalies, reporting suspicious activity to relevant parties, and developing strategies to mitigate future fraud risks.
RESPONSIBILITIES • Subject matter expertise for card-based risk and fraud prevention- related activities • Play an active role in card fraud prevention activities; which will include writing fraud rules, working with our card payment partners to have fraud rules written, and/or consulting with internal and other external stakeholders to ensure their rule writing efforts are effective • Educate internal and external stakeholders on card fraud management best practices, and how to effectively use our partner fraud tools and reporting. • Evaluation of existing and potential tools and processes to enhance detection/prevention, monitoring strategy performance, and reporting on overall fraud losses. • Reconcile key performance and risk metrics and condense/summarize stakeholder performance for our Executives and Partners. • Focus on driving stakeholder reductions in fraud losses through working internally and with partners and vendors for development of effective model management, analytics, and reporting • Own documentation efforts around fraud product and strategies we implement on behalf of internal and external stakeholders • Build strong relationships with our business partners, and internal and external stakeholders • Research industry and technology trends, review professional publications within each supported vertical market, and identify new best practices. EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE • A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in card product management, card processing or card risk management with a Bachelor's in Business, Management, Engineering, CS, or related field; or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience of experience; or equivalent work experience. • Previous experience with card risk management systems preferred, with Visa and Visa DPS risk tools experience highly preferred • Previous risk management or financial services, card payment processing, or fintech experience highly preferred • Strong teamwork, organization, and problem resolution skills • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills • Strong process management capabilities, demonstrated ability manage fraud on card programs at scale • Self-starter with proven ability to deliver results with minimal assistance is a must • Highly determined and driven to achieve results with a clear track record of doing so • Detail oriented with an eye for data analysis, high level of accuracy when reviewing financial data and investigating suspicious activity • An effective communicator that can align internal and external stakeholders

Q2 is seeking an ambitious and adaptable Software Developer experienced in the ins and outs of development in a team setting. As part of our Engineering Development group based in Austin, TX, you will be working individually and collaboratively to develop, implement, and support custom solutions through fast-paced, dynamic projects involving components at every level of the Q2 platform to extend its functionality to meet our clients' unique needs. RESPONSIBILITIES:

SUMMARY
The FP&A Manager, Revenue is a key leader within Q2's Revenue FP&A organization, responsible for driving financial clarity, strategic insight, and operational alignment across business segments including Digital Banking, Fraud & Security, and Relationship Pricing. Reporting to the Director of FP&A (GTM), this role transforms strategic direction into execution by overseeing financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis while partnering closely with GTM and Operations leaders. The Manager provides meaningful, data-driven insights that explain revenue and margin performance, connect business actions to financial outcomes, and support confident decision-making.
This role also leads a team of financial analysts, building a high-performance culture grounded in clarity, curiosity, and collaboration. The Manager is accountable for forecast accuracy, process improvements, and effective use of FP&A systems such as Anaplan, NetSuite, Power BI, and ChatGPT.
