The Job At-A-Glance:
We're looking for a seasoned Director of Technical Support to lead and scale our global support operations. This role will oversee a distributed team delivering high-impact, configuration-driven support in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. You'll combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership, working closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to ensure operational excellence, technical rigor, and customer satisfaction.
A Typical Day:
Strategic Leadership
* Partner with the SVP of Support to define and execute the global support vision and roadmap.
* Define and drive strategies for team scaling, automation, and customer experience.
* Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to align support with technical initiatives and reduce support demand through product and process improvements.
Operational Excellence
* Lead and continuously improve support processes across time zones and regions (India, Mexico, US).
* Ensure 24/7 operational readiness through regional alignment and resource planning.
* Drive KPIs across SLA adherence, customer satisfaction (CSAT), time-to-resolution, and efficiency.
* Stay current on industry best practices and apply them to optimize support performance.
Technical Oversight
* Oversee a high-touch support model that includes diagnosing complex issues in containerized environments, managing configuration updates, and supporting CI/CD and DevOps workflows in highly regulated environments.
* Develop and implement repeatable processes for configuration updates, build cycle management, and redeployment across environments.
* Ensure seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
* Operate in a highly regulated environment, maintaining both strong security and compliance hygiene
Team Leadership & Development
* Lead and mentor a global team of Support Managers and Team Leads, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture. Build clear career pathways and drive professional development across regions.
* Attract, develop, and retain top support talent across global regions.
* Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment with clear career paths and training initiatives.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
* Champion initiatives that reduce support friction and improve tooling, documentation, and self-service capabilities.

* Lead innovation by adopting emerging technologies and modern support practices that reduce friction and improve scalability.
Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here's What We're Looking For:
* 10+ years in technical support leadership, including experience managing large, globally distributed teams.
* Proven success in supporting software/SaaS products in a technically complex, customer-facing environment.
* Deep experience working in modern cloud native architecture (e.g. orchestration, Docker) and build/release processes.
* Experience managing teams responsible for hands-on configuration changes and redeployments.
* Proven ability to lead through change and develop high-performing teams.
* Strong analytical mindset with experience managing KPIs, SLAs, and operational dashboards.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across all levels of an organization.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field (Master's preferred).
Preferred Skills
* ITIL, Six Sigma, or Lean certifications.
* Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Grafana, or Splunk.
* Experience in fintech, enterprise software, or infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) a plus.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Hindi) a plus.
* Prior experience in technical roles such as SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
* Director/Sr. Director experience in global support operations.
* Based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX.

As a Business Analyst - Card Processing on our Banking as a Service team, you will be responsible for defining, organizing and executing on a product delivery pipeline for your focus area, Card Processing. Your work will focus primarily on the product functionality we build alongside our 3rd party partners - you'll be uncovering client and bank needs, accurately scoping effort, creating robust documentation, developing product delivery goals, and actively contributing to the product roadmap for your functional area. Think of yourself as the glue that ties together Q2's Banking as a Service platform: working with all the different parts of our group to help us launch new products and evolve our existing ones so our clients can continue defining the cutting edge of banking.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Product leadership to develop and effectively prioritize the product backlog
Experience partnering with and understanding technology development
Partner with clients, development, operations, external partners, and cross-functional leaders to identify, build and measure features and functionality that meet business goals
Manage the product implementation side of key third party relationships for card processing, fraud management, and other critical features
Define product functionality and write detailed User Stories/Epics with empathy for the end user that help engineers build with a clear end goal in mind
Provide scope for a release and define release timing and strategy
Work with the team to define each sprint plan, review completed work, and accept/reject results. This person is highly available to the team
Apply Agile methods and processes to promote a disciplined software development process that encourages frequent inspection and adaptation of ongoing work product
Create product documentation for developers, clients, and banks to ensure alignment, expedite product development, and grow our knowledge base and API
Articulate product vision and user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teams and clients
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience
Previous financial services, card payment product management, or fintech experience highly preferred, partnerships a plus
Familiarity with card payment ISO message format, debit card processing in general, and Visa DPS as a processor is highly preferred
Well versed in process management, demonstrated ability to manage complex rollouts with multiple stakeholders - has launched products at scale
Strong teamwork, organization, and problem resolution skills

Q2 is seeking an IT Support Analyst to effectively address and manage service requests, incidents, events, and monitor their status through resolution while keeping internal customers up to date with status. This individual will be a part of a highly customer service oriented team responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of workstation hardware, software, and business applications. RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide excellent first contact customer service to our internal customers
* Provide On-site walkup helpdesk support while in office
* Troubleshoot and resolve requests for service, incidents, and events within SLA while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast paced work environment
* Office hardware setup and support (Monitors, Docks, Peripherals, Laptops)
* Complete onboarding and offboarding of employees including provisioning/removal of access and asset issue/reclaim
* Configure, test, and distribute workstations to employees
* Coordinate escalation and resolution of complex issues with the appropriate IT teams
* Help to maintain a positive and professional work environment
* Assign appropriate permissions to users in Active Directory, Okta and Azure
* Perform regular file archival and data migrations as necessary

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

The Job At-A-Glance:
Q2 is looking for a sharp, analytical, and systems-savvy Revenue Accountant to join our Revenue Accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on digging into contract details, navigating Excel models, and ensuring revenue and billing are accurately recorded in our systems from day one. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance to ensure contract terms are aligned with policy, and you'll be directly responsible for setting up the accounting system for revenue recognition and billing. A Typical Day:
Review and analyze customer contracts and master agreements to ensure appropriate revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606

SUMMARY
Q2 is seeking a Fraud Analyst. This role is responsible for identifying, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities across our platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with other fraud and risk, and product owners on the team to accomplish this, and educate internal and external stakeholders around card fraud management best practices, and consulting them on fraud management processes and capabilities. This individual is passionate about fraud, scrappy, driven, and a great problem solver. They will be responsible for monitoring financial activities, identifying suspicious patterns, and investigating and working to prevent potential fraudulent card transactions for Stakeholders. The individual will use data analysis techniques to detect and prevent first and third-party debit & prepaid card fraudulent activity aiming to safeguard stakeholders from financial losses and reputaitonal damage by building rules and follow-through activities against perpetrators; key tasks include reviewing transactions, customer data, and accounting documents to identify anomalies, reporting suspicious activity to relevant parties, and developing strategies to mitigate future fraud risks.
RESPONSIBILITIES • Subject matter expertise for card-based risk and fraud prevention- related activities • Play an active role in card fraud prevention activities; which will include writing fraud rules, working with our card payment partners to have fraud rules written, and/or consulting with internal and other external stakeholders to ensure their rule writing efforts are effective • Educate internal and external stakeholders on card fraud management best practices, and how to effectively use our partner fraud tools and reporting. • Evaluation of existing and potential tools and processes to enhance detection/prevention, monitoring strategy performance, and reporting on overall fraud losses. • Reconcile key performance and risk metrics and condense/summarize stakeholder performance for our Executives and Partners. • Focus on driving stakeholder reductions in fraud losses through working internally and with partners and vendors for development of effective model management, analytics, and reporting • Own documentation efforts around fraud product and strategies we implement on behalf of internal and external stakeholders • Build strong relationships with our business partners, and internal and external stakeholders • Research industry and technology trends, review professional publications within each supported vertical market, and identify new best practices. The Job At-A-Glance:
Q2 is seeking a Business Consultant to work closely with Implementation Engineers, Project Managers, and Client Project teams to achieve successful configuration and deployment of Q2's Risk & Fraud Management Software Solutions, primarily Positive Pay. This individual will provide subject matter expertise as a member of a multiple concurring Q2 implementation project teams, reporting to an Implementations Delivery Manager. You will develop and deliver best practices in both technical and non-technical/business aspects of a project. The Business Consultant evaluates and executes upon any deficits in execution detail so that both the client and Q2 teams meet and exceed delivery expectations. Typically involves interaction with sales, hosting, product, development, and other members of cross-functional teams. May communicate in various forms to Q2 and Client, including Executive level staff. These types of communication can include emails, presentations, formal and informal ad hoc meetings, ranging from consultative recommendations, setting expectations, developing requirements and participating in troubleshooting.

Acts as subject matter expert in Centrix product features and functionality
Analyses customer's business and makes recommendations
Develop and deliver best practices and proper product implementation execution
Assesses project risks and builds mitigating strategies
Acts as a liaison and manages expectations related to timing, functionality and back-office requirements needed to support a successful go live
Works with Product and Engineering to ensure suggested solutions are feasible, assists with building requirements and solution design where applicable

The focus of the Senior Income Tax Accountant is to be responsible for the maintenance and preparation of all aspects of the organization's federal, state, local, and international tax compliance. The Senior Income Tax Accountant should be familiar with a variety of tax related concepts, practices, and procedures globally. This position reports to the Director, Global Taxation.
A Typical Day:
Demonstrate advanced level knowledge and understanding of global corporate income taxes, including ASC 740 accounting for income taxes
Assist in collecting and delivering data to outsourced third-party compliance providers for global income tax provision reporting and return preparation
Perform detailed reviews of draft income tax filings prepared by external advisors
Prepare quarterly tax provision entries as part of the tax accounting process
Prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations and facilitate timely payments
Research complex issues and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
Lead responses to tax notices and manage resolutions
Track and summarize developments in federal, state, and international tax legislation
Collect supporting documentation for tax audits conducted by various tax authorities, including coordination with external advisors and internal stakeholders
Support the development and mentorship of local and international tax staff
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives within tax operations
