Mr. Allan P. Merrill is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Beazer Homes USA Inc. Mr. Merrill, joined the Company in May 2007 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and currently serves as our President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Merrill was previously with Move, Inc. where he served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy beginning in October 2001. From April 2000 to October 2001, Mr. Merrill was president of Homebuilder.com, a division of Move, Inc. Mr. Merrill joined Move, Inc. following a 13-year tenure with the investment banking firm UBS (and its predecessor Dillon, Read & Co.), where he was a managing director and served most recently as co-head of the Global Resources Group, overseeing the construction and building materials, chemicals, forest products, mining and energy industry groups. Mr. Merrill is a member of the Executive Committee of the Policy Advisory Board of the Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard University and the Homebuilding Community Foundation. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics

Anthony J. Guzzi has been EMCOR Group, Inc.’s President since October 2004, when he joined the Company, and since January 3, 2011, our Chief Executive Officer. He served as our Chief Operating Officer from October 2004 until January 3, 2011. From August 2001 until he joined the Company, Mr. Guzzi was President of the North American Distribution and Aftermarket Division of Carrier Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor of commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration systems and equipment and a provider of aftermarket services and components of its own products and those of other manufacturers in both the HVAC and refrigeration industry. Mr. Guzzi is also Lead Director of Hubbell International, Inc. Mr. Guzzi was elected to the Board on December 15, 2009. Mr. Guzzi has extensive knowledge of the Company’s business and, having served as a senior executive officer of Carrier Corporation, has extensive knowledge of the mechanical services business which accounts for a significant portion of the Company’s revenues and profits.

Mr. Lipar is our Chief Executive Officer and serves as Chairman of our Board of directors. He has served as our Chief Executive Officer since 2009, as a director since June 2013 and as Chairman of the Board since July 2013. Previously, Mr. Lipar served as our President from 2003 until 2009. Mr. Lipar has been in the residential land development business since the mid-1990s and is one of our founders. He has overseen land acquisition, development and the sales of over 5,000 homes since our inception. Through his in-depth work experience, Mr. Lipar has obtained a broad background in all aspects of residential construction, development, financing, sales and marketing. Mr. Lipar is responsible for our overall strategic leadership, working closely with our key executives to establish, implement and direct our long-range goals, strategies and policies.

As chief operating officer for Quanta Services, Earl C. “Duke” Austin, Jr. drives the operations of the largest specialized contractor serving electric power, natural gas and pipeline customers in North America. Austin has played a key role in Quanta’s significant growth in its key markets, including strategic development of the company’s capabilities in assessment, planning, engineering and design, procurement, construction, commissioning and testing and operations and management of critical infrastructure systems. Prior to his current role, Austin served as president of Quanta’s Electric Power and Natural Gas and Pipeline Divisions, having initially joined the Quanta executive team in 2009 to lead the company’s expanding pipeline operations. Previously he served as president of North Houston Pole Line, LP, a Quanta operating unit. He was instrumental in the strategic growth of the Texas-based unit, which delivers a full range of electric power, gas and telecommunication utility infrastructure services to customers throughout the region. Austin serves on the board of the Southwest Line Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association. He received a bachelor’s degree in business management with an emphasis in accounting from Sam Houston State University. Austin resides in Houston with his wife, three sons and one daughter.

M Gorrie is a Board Member at PROASSURANCE INDEMNITY CO IN, Board Member at Spire Alabama Inc, and Board Member at PROASSURANCE CORP. He has worked as Board Member at BROWN JORDAN INTERNATIONAL, INC.; Board Member at The University of Alabama System; and President/CEO at Brasfield & Gorrie. M works or has worked as Board Member at Auburn University, Board Member at Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham, and Board Member at The Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama. He attended Auburn University.

Mike has over 40 years of construction industry experience beginning his career as an Apprentice Electrician. He joined Rosendin in 2002 as a Division Manager in the Arizona office and grew the office and team, becoming Vice President of Operations. Mike’s management and field experience have provided him with the skillset and expertise to grow highly technical and effective operations teams across the country. As Chief Executive Officer, Mike will continue to build on Rosendin’s foundations to lead, inspire, and build while positioning the company as an innovative industry leader.
