Rosario brings 14 years of experience in designing and implementing highly complex IT platforms, working for Sun Microsystems and Oracle as a Principal Solution Architect. Rosario has substantial startup experience as he spent two years as COO and CTO of a telecom provider taking it from $20mm to $120mm revenues by radically restructuring its operations. His work ranged from redesigning operations for scalability, fundamentally rebuilding all operational platforms to managing the design and manufacturing of custom hardware. His international project experience covers designing the architecture of execution-critical systems for some of the world most sophisticated clients. He also designed and led the development of an innovative peer-to-peer document management solution for Oracle. Rosario has worked on projects on four continents and has a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Naples, Italy.

Qualified Finance Director working in the MedTech industry. Experience working in hands-on start up environments, preparing detailed cash flows, budgets, M&A activity and building strong teams. In addition to solid Financial Accounting, also actively involved strategically, commercially, and operationally to achieve the companies growth plans.
