Working at QDx Pathology

Pro: When I get more hours because my manager is constantly on PTO. Con: forced to work all holidays while regular schedule is only 25hrs a week. Can't afford to live on biweekly pay with no hours.

Being hired for one department but forced to work for all departments with the least amount of hours and pay. All employees are part time except for management that is always on PTO.

Management is on vacation alot so they aren't around to stress us out too much. They find many reasons to not be working during work hours like parties, crafts, office decorating, trick or treating, luncheons, etc.

I don't know yet, things have to improve first. Management should be held responsible and accountable for their departments. They shouldn't be able to take extended vacations or multiple staff members on vacation at the same time. There needs to be more care and compensation for the employees that are forced to do the work of others and other departments.

Just about everything. I'd improve hours and wages for the employees that do it all. I would majorly cut back and cap the PTO of management. I would pay fair wages and make sure each department is properly staffed and employees have enough hours in their schedule to complete tasks without high stress levels.
