Role Summary As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving product manufacturability, optimizing processes, and ensuring cost-effective production. You'll lead initiatives to implement Lean practices, improve workflow, and enhance operational efficiency across the plant. This role will collaborate with sales, engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain to bring new products to life and continuously improve existing processes.
