Qualifications * 7+ years of deep ServiceNow development, configuration and administration experience in a global enterprise environment * Must have 15 years professional technical experience in the IT industry * ServiceNow certification(s): System Administration, Application Development, and/or Implementation * Bachelor s Degree or equivalent combined education and experience * Strong Knowledge of the ITSM/ ITIL Framework, ServiceNow Licensing * Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Release Management, GRC, SECOPS, PPM etc. * Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features * Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management both verbally and in writing.
