The Role & Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction and executive oversight for the end-to-end Transfer Agency function, encompassing investor onboarding, trade processing, settlements, reconciliations, client servicing, regulatory compliance (AML/KYC), reporting and operational risk management.
Serve as the primary escalation point for key clients, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders. Lead client relationship management, ensuring proactive communication, issue resolution, and delivery of value-added solutions.
Define and execute the regional strategy for Transfer Agency operations in alignment with global business goals.
Foster, collaborate and engage with offshore leaders to generate quality, accurate and timely client deliverables.
Collaborate closely with Relationship Management, Compliance, Legal, Product, Technology and Fund Accounting teams.
Drive process optimization, automation, and transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of Transfer Agency operations.
Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost efficiency while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure exceptional client delivery.
Oversee talent development, succession planning, and workforce engagement across multiple locations.
Sponsor, direct and support major change initiatives, including technology upgrades, regulatory change programs, and new business integration. Ensure effective project governance, resource allocation, and stakeholder alignment.
Represent the region in cross-functional forums and steering committees.
Maintain strong operational risk management frameworks, escalate issues appropriately, and promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and risk awareness.
Qualifications & Experience:
Demonstrated experience in building, mentoring and managing large operational teams across multiple jurisdictions.
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Proven track record (10+ years) in Transfer Agency or related financial services operations, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role overseeing large, multi-functional teams.
Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Deep understanding of global regulatory frameworks (AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS, US tax forms, etc.) and jurisdictional requirements.
Demonstrated experience in client management, handling escalations, and managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills with a focus on strategic outcomes.

Salary ranges from USD $210,000.00 - USD $240,000.00 plus additional discretionary yearly bonus based on corporate and individual's performance. Compensation within this range is dependent on individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
