The Job
Handle support requests from users over the phone or via email, troubleshooting issues and documenting events in the helpdesk ticketing system.
Take ownership of open tickets for the support and maintenance of QPS computer systems, desktops, laptops, peripherals and software and track activity through resolution.
Support and maintain QPS computer systems, desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software.
Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade computer hardware and equipment.
Set-up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation, including cables, operating systems, and appropriate software.
Travel among QPS Delaware sites (must have valid driver's license).
Requirements
Post-High School trade or job skills training
Twelve (12) months of on-the-job training and experience on a helpdesk (computer training school certificate a plus)

The Job
* Perform equipment calibration and documentation per SOP and any relevant guidance
* Provide preventative maintenance on pipettes and liquid handlers
* Follow GDP documentation for calibration and maintenance activities
* Visually inspect and/or use testing equipment as required to determine service issues on pipettes and liquid handlers
* Troubleshoot the problem and identify root cause of repair issues
* Strictly follow SOPs and safety guidelines
* Maintain a good working habit, equipment are calibrated in clean areas and test equipment and tools are organized and clean.

Write clear and concise documents which summarize scientific data, utilizing QPS or Client templates to generate all final written GLP and Non-GLP reports for clients, including method validation reports, sample analysis reports, and amendments.
Drive the document preparation process, receive and review study notebooks from scientists, draft and distribute document for review, and compile comments and edits as necessary.
Interpret and evaluate data to identify potential errors, using academic knowledge, logic, and mathematical equations.

The Job
Understand, evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair LC-MS/MS (QqQ) systems, LCs, and other associated bioanalytical equipment problems.

The Job
Review contracts to understand revenue recognition based on feedback obtained from the operations team. Ensure revenue recognition is consistent with company policy.
Identify potential revenue recognition problems in contracts and make recommendation for corrections.
