Job Summary
We're seeking an adaptable, confident, empathetic Radiology Technologist who is able to provide quality diagnostic imaging for patients and providers at Sanford Health. The Radiologic Technologist is able to work in all atmospheres including clinic, hospital, ED, and OR settings where there are a broad range of fields like fluoroscopy, surgery, orthopedics, general, and emergency for the Radiologist Technologist to work under. Responsibilities
* Performs diagnostic imaging examinations on patients ensuring the production of quality diagnostic images

* Ability to understand and navigate the electronic medical record (EMR) system

Qualifications

control, and radiation protection is required.
Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
If working in North Dakota and performing medical imaging or radiation therapy procedures, licensure with the North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board (NDMIRT) is required.
If working in South Dakota, candidates must obtain their ARRT certification within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications
A degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited respiratory care program is required; minimum associate degree or equivalent as defined by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
Respiratory Therapists must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all procedures, indications, contraindications and hazards involved in respiratory care, as well as knowledge of equipment utilized in their department. Demonstrates the ability and knowledge required to utilize computers for patient documentation and data gathering for quality care. Must complete orientations, competency validations, and other in-servicing as required by the department and hospital.

We are on the search for a full-time Finance/Revenue Cycle Director to join our Grafton, ND team.
Key Responsibilities
Finance and Revenue Cycle Team Leadership (90%)
Lead, supervise, and mentor the finance team, including billing, collections, revenue cycle, and accounting staff.
CHSI liaison to the Outsource Revenue team to ensure: billing, coding, claims processing, collections, and denial management.
Implement strategies to maximize collections, reduce accounts receivable days, and improve cash flow.
Maintain knowledge of FQHC-specific billing practices, Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement, wrap payments, sliding fee scales, and UDS reporting.
Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to optimize charge capture and documentation.
Assist in annual budget development, financial forecasting, and financial reporting.
Support compliance with federal and state financial regulations (e.g., HRSA, UDS, Medicaid cost reporting).
Project Management and Innovation (10%)
Manage cross-departmental projects from initiation through completion, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, and budget targets.
Lead efforts to improve internal processes across clinical, operational, and administrative areas.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk management plans.
Facilitate project team meetings, stakeholder communications, and progress reporting.
Introduce project management best practices and tools across the organization to build a culture of accountability and innovation.
Support grant-funded projects and ensure deliverables align with funder expectations and organizational goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (master's preferred).
5+ years of experience in healthcare financial management and project management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Expertise in FQHC revenue cycle management and healthcare financial operations.
Strong project management experience: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred or willingness to obtain within one year.
Familiarity with EHR and billing systems (e.g., NextGen, eClinicalWorks, Epic) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project).

Department Details
During orientation you will work in a variety of areas including NICU, PICU, and Adult ICU. You will then have the opportunity to pick your specialty and work in that specific area that interests you most. If there are openings in Tobacco Education, Pulmonary Function, and Transport you can work in these areas as well and pick one of these as your specialties instead.

Job Summary
The scope of work for a respiratory therapist includes assessment, therapeutic intervention and education for patients with cardiopulmonary disorders and/or sleep disorders or associated complications. What you will do:
- Assess patients to prevent, detect, monitor and manage disease and complications.
- Measure patient's lung capacity to determine if there are any impairments.
- Offer diagnosis results and treatment suggestions based on the analysis of the patient.

Qualifications
A degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited respiratory care program is required; minimum associate degree or equivalent as defined by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
Respiratory Therapists must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all procedures, indications, contraindications and hazards involved in respiratory care, as well as knowledge of equipment utilized in their department. Demonstrates the ability and knowledge required to utilize computers for patient documentation and data gathering for quality care. Must complete orientations, competency validations, and other in-servicing as required by the department and hospital.
Must have current Respiratory Therapy licensure in state(s) of practice and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges as required by position.
Must have Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials as attained through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) and maintain active status according to NBRC credentialing requirements.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Must obtain site-specific specialty credential(s) such as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), etc.
